Ailalay is a technology company based in Iloilo City, Western Visayas, Philippines. We build business systems for Philippine businesses and apply AI and automation to the operational work those businesses repeat every day. Our main product is VentaHub, a business operations system covering sales, inventory, orders, reporting, and workflows.

Business Operations System
VentaHub connects sales, orders, inventory, billing, reporting, and operational workflows in one cloud-based system, so a growing business stops running on disconnected spreadsheets and separate tools.
AI Automation
We apply AI and workflow automation to the repetitive work inside a business: approvals, follow-ups, reminders, reconciliation, and operational reporting. This is delivered as a service alongside the systems we build, not as a standalone chatbot.
E-Invoicing
We’re building an e-invoicing solution for Philippine businesses, focused on making digital invoicing simpler and more practical. The solution is currently being developed and validated with early business users.

Public sector
We are currently working with a Philippine government-owned and controlled corporation (GOCC) on digital workflow modernization. This engagement is ongoing.
