AI Automation Services in Iloilo

Ailalay is a technology company based in Iloilo City. We build AI and workflow automation for businesses across Western Visayas, and because we are here, the parts of the work that go better in person happen in person: watching how a shift actually runs, and training the staff who will use the system.

Why Local Matters

AI Automation for Iloilo Businesses

For a fully remote project, a provider's location makes little difference. For the parts of automation that depend on seeing the work and training the people, it makes a considerable one.

We can be in the room

Mapping a process is faster when we can watch a shift happen. For businesses in Iloilo City and nearby provinces, the assessment and the early implementation work can be done on site rather than over a call.

Training the people who will use it

Automation fails when the team that inherits it was never shown how it works. Being local means we can run handover in person, with the actual staff, at their counter or office.

Same time zone, same working week

Questions get answered the same business day. There is no overnight gap waiting on a support queue in another country before a stuck workflow gets unstuck.

We understand the operating context

Intermittent connectivity, multi-branch operations across islands, and a mix of paper and digital records are normal here. We design around those conditions instead of assuming they do not exist.

Where to Start

Business Processes You Can Automate

These come up most often in assessments with businesses in the region. They are starting points rather than a fixed menu.

Customer messages and enquiries

Opening hours, availability, order status, and booking questions arriving across Facebook, Viber, and phone. Answered consistently instead of whenever someone is free.

Branch and end-of-day reporting

Consolidating figures from several locations into one summary, which for multi-branch businesses here is a recurring task at every branch, every day.

Follow-ups and reminders

Payment reminders, quote follow-ups, and renewal notices that currently depend on someone remembering during a busy week.

Approvals and internal requests

Restock requests, purchase orders, and sign-offs that live in group chats, with no reliable record of who approved what.

Document and record handling

Supplier invoices, delivery receipts, and forms read by hand and copied into another system, one line at a time.

Operational alerts

Low stock, overdue balances, and stalled orders surfaced automatically rather than discovered when a customer asks.

If you would rather understand the landscape before committing to anything, our business automation guide covers what to automate first and how to tell whether your business is ready.

By Industry

AI Automation for Restaurants, Retail and Professional Services

Sector matters less than pattern, but the pattern shows up differently depending on what a business does day to day.

Restaurants and cafes

Order and reservation enquiries arriving through social messaging, supplier coordination that runs on group chats, and end-of-day closing repeated at every branch. Automating the enquiry handling and the daily summary removes work that recurs with every service.

Restaurant operations software

Retail and multi-branch stores

Restock requests moving between branches and head office, price and catalogue updates repeated per location, and consolidating branch reports before anyone can compare performance. These follow the same steps every time, which is what makes them automatable.

Retail operations software

Professional services and accounting firms

Client document collection, recurring billing, and engagement status tracking follow an identical cycle for every client, every period, among the most predictable processes a firm runs, and among the most tedious to do by hand.

Software for accounting firms

Some of this work sits closer to the operating system than to automation. Businesses that need sales, inventory, and reporting connected in the first place usually start with VentaHub, our business operations system, and add automation on top of it once the underlying records are consistent.

Coverage

From Iloilo to the Philippines

Ailalay is based in Iloilo City, Western Visayas. On-site assessment and implementation are available across the region, with remote delivery for businesses anywhere in the Philippines.

  • Iloilo City
  • Guimaras
  • Antique
  • Capiz (Roxas City)
  • Negros Occidental (Bacolod)
  • Aklan (Boracay)
  • Nationwide (remote)

Being based here shapes how we build, not just where we travel. Multi-branch operations spread across islands, connectivity that is not guaranteed to hold through a shift, and records that are part paper and part digital are ordinary conditions in this region, so we design around them rather than treating them as edge cases. The same work is delivered remotely for businesses elsewhere in the country; what changes is how much of the assessment and training happens face to face. Our national AI automation services page covers the full scope of what we build.

How We Work

How Ailalay Helps Businesses Automate

The sequence is the same wherever a business is. What being local changes is how much of it happens in the room with you.

Step 1

On-site assessment where practical

For businesses in Iloilo and the surrounding provinces, the free assessment can happen at your location, watching how a shift actually runs rather than working from a description of it.

Step 2

Map the process before automating it

We document the current workflow, agree what the correct version looks like, then build against that. Automating a broken process only makes it fail faster.

Step 3

Build remotely, hand over in person

The build itself is remote. The training is not: we walk the people who will own it through the system at their counter or office, which is the part that decides whether it still gets used in three months.

Step 4

Support in the same working day

Questions after go-live are answered within Philippine business hours, without an overnight gap waiting on a queue in another time zone.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Ailalay is a technology company based in Iloilo City. We provide AI and workflow automation for businesses in Iloilo City and across Western Visayas, including on-site assessment and implementation, with remote delivery available anywhere in the Philippines.

We regularly work with businesses in Iloilo City, Guimaras, Antique, Capiz including Roxas City, Negros Occidental including Bacolod, and Aklan including Boracay. Businesses outside these areas are served remotely, and we will tell you honestly during the assessment which parts of a project need someone physically present.

Not for the whole project. The parts that benefit most from being on site are the initial process mapping and the handover training. The build itself is done remotely, and ongoing support is remote unless something specifically requires a visit.

It depends on the task rather than the size of the business. If a few people are spending several hours a week on work that follows the same steps every time, that time is usually recoverable. If the work is genuinely different each time, it probably is not a fit yet, and we will say so during the assessment.

It depends on the process. Some automation runs entirely on the server side and simply catches up once a connection returns. Anything that requires continuous connectivity at the counter needs to be designed with that limitation in mind, which is something we account for when scoping work in the region.

The practical differences are access and response time. Being in the same region means process mapping and staff training can happen in person without travel cost, and questions are answered within the same business day. For fully remote projects the location matters much less, and we are equally comfortable working that way.

We work as a business systems company rather than a standalone AI consultancy. In practice that means we assess your operations, advise on where AI and automation would genuinely help, and then build and implement it, including telling you when a process does not need AI at all.

We review how your operations run today and identify which processes are worth automating first, on site where that makes sense, remotely where it does not.
